BH1 is the town-centre postcode: Old Christchurch Road and the Triangle at its heart, Lansdowne and the station to the north-east, East Cliff running down to the seafront, and Springbourne and Boscombe West on the Christchurch Road corridor. It is the densest part of our patch and the most flat-heavy — converted Victorian houses, purpose-built blocks and a lot of student and HMO turnover around Lansdowne.
