Branksome covers two quite different places. The leafy avenues of Branksome Park sit in BH13 and are substantial family properties where a full house removal is the norm. Around Branksome station in BH12 it is busier residential streets, more flats and shared houses, and a lot of man and van and single-room move work.

Two local details worth planning around. Branksome station has limited parking, and the level crossing on Lindsay Road can hold traffic up at peak — we allow ten to fifteen minutes for it on a Friday afternoon rather than pretending it is not there. "Even after confirming and reminding for my daughters move who is a student there was no show. Robert never showed up nor picked up my call and no reply to any messages. Ridiculously bad experience as we were stuck in a very bad situation of finding another source for the pick up and deliver her stuff . Not a trustworthy deal . I would atleast have a reason for not showing up at all and ignoring me . Be aware and thanks Robert for all the trouble my daughter has to face."
