BH5 runs along Christchurch Road from Boscombe through Pokesdown to the Southbourne boundary, with Boscombe Pier and the Spa at the seaward end. It is the highest-turnover postcode we work in: a great deal of rented accommodation, Victorian houses split into flats, and HMOs on the side streets off Ashley Road, which means short-notice moves, part-loads and end-of-tenancy work rather than big family removals. For street-level detail the pages to read are Boscombe and, just east, Southbourne.
