About BH15 — coverage and access
BH15 is central Poole: the Old Town and Quay, Baiter and Oakdale behind them, and Hamworthy across the water via the bridges. The Dolphin Centre, Poole Hospital and the ferry terminal all sit inside it. Housing runs from quayside warehouse conversions and harbourside apartments through Victorian terraces to the Hamworthy semis, so the job mix is broad — flat moves and deliveries in the centre, full removals out in Oakdale and Hamworthy. The wider town page is Poole.
Six and a half miles from base, still inside the free-mileage radius, so no travel charge. The one genuinely local factor is the bridges. Both the Twin Sails and the older lifting bridge open on a published schedule, and if you are moving to or from Hamworthy at the wrong moment the van waits — there is no way around it except timing, which is why we check the lift times before booking a Hamworthy job rather than after. In the Old Town, the quayside streets are narrow and restricted, and summer weekends are best avoided entirely. Ring with the address and we will pick the hour that costs you least.

"Robert is really nice and helpful. I called him the day before the move, and he was very accommodating. His prices are also really fair. Highly recommend!"
"Robert moved some items of furniture locally, arrived exactly on time, polite and friendly, recommended"
"Rob helped me transport a sofa from Bournemouth to Barton. He was very responsive, friendly and fairly priced. I would be very happy to use his services again 😊"
"Booked but didn’t turn up on moving day no contact then or since , very disappointed as he assured me he wasn’t the type to not turn up"
"Even after confirming and reminding for my daughters move who is a student there was no show. Robert never showed up nor picked up my call and no reply to any messages. Ridiculously bad experience as we were stuck in a very bad situation of finding another source for the pick up and deliver her stuff . Not a trustworthy deal . I would atleast have a reason for not showing up at all and ignoring me . Be aware and thanks Robert for all the trouble my daughter has to face."
