End-of-tenancy clearances are priced by van load, not by the hour, because most tenants want a fixed number they can sign off before the work starts.

All prices include labour, transport, disposal fees and a waste transfer note for the landlord or agent. We hold an Environment Agency waste carrier licence (number on request) so everything goes to a licensed transfer station — most of it to Millhams in Bournemouth, the rest to specialist recycling for electricals and fridges.

If the agent later claims "you left items behind", you have date-stamped video showing every room empty. We've never had a tenant lose deposit money on a clearance we've done — and we've done over 200.
