BH11 is the north-west corner of Bournemouth: Kinson around its library and high street, West Howe and Bear Cross out towards the retail park, and the Wallisdown fringe where the postcode meets BH12. The housing is predominantly post-war and council-built family homes with a strong run of bungalows, so alongside removals we do a lot of clearance work here — garages, lofts and sheds, often ahead of a sale.
Five and a half miles from base, still inside the free-mileage radius, so there is no travel charge. BH11 is one of the more straightforward postcodes to work: estate roads are wide, most properties have off-street parking, and the Bear Cross roundabout gives quick access out towards Wimborne and the A31. The honest caveat is volume rather than access — clearance jobs in BH11 frequently turn out to be bigger than the phone call suggested, because a garage that has been filling for thirty years holds more than anyone remembers.
